Of Lewis King dec’d and Henry King both of the aforesaid state & county. Witnefseth that the said Benj Vining, Adr. For the inconsider of the sum of Seven hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged thath bargained and sold and by their presents doth grant bargain sell and release unto the said Henry King his heirs and afsigns forever the half the fractional tract or lot of land situated in the fourteenth district formerly Baldwin County now Morgan County containing seventy acres be the same more of lefs the said parcel of land is known by the place of said district by the number two hundred & fifty four the said parcel lying on the north side adjoining Swanson and Snellings together with all that is or may in any wise appertains thereunto and I the said Benj. Vining Adr. For my self my heirs and afsigns do warrant & defend the said premises from all persons unto the said Henry King his heirs and afsigns forever as a clear & indefensible estate in fee simple in witnefs whereof I do hereunto set my hand & seal the day and date first above written.
