Of the County of Morgan and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnefseth the aforesaid John King for and in consideration of three hundred & fifty dollars to him in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold & confirmed unto the aforesaid John Wyatt all that lott of land No 76 ____ by the aforesaid John King in the 19 district in the County of Baldwin on Haglers Creek in the late land lottery bounded North West by No. 75 and South East by No. 77 as may now fully appear by refference to a grant to the said John King dated the 4th day of November 1807 and the aforesaid John King for himself and his heirs the aforesaid tract or lot of land drawn by himself in the late land lottery as aforesaid then County of Baldwin now Morgan will warrant and for ever defend unto him the aforesaid John Wyatt his heirs and afsigns to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof for ever in fee simple.
