On 22nd of July, 1864, he was wounded by a minnie ball striking the right ankle, passing through instep & rendering the right foot useless. Harper, S.A. $50.00. Resided in Morgan County since 15 Oct. 1841. Served as a private in Co. D of 3rd Regiment of Ga. Volunteers, Wright's Brigade. On 14 day of May in Va. 1864 he was wounded by a minnie ball striking the right ankle, shattering the bone, rendering the foot useless. Hale, W.H. $50.00. Resided in Morgan County since 14 Mch, 1840(?). Served as a Sargeant in Co. L of 3rd Regiment of Ga. Volunteers, Wright's Brigade. In Va July 2, 1862, he was wounded in left hip, leaving the left leg almost useless. On 2nd day of May, 1863, wounded in right knee joint by a minnie ball, leaving the right knee almost helpless. Harper, J.B. $5.00. Resided in Morgan County since Mch 24, 1845. Served as a private in Co. G of Cobb's Legion of Ga Volunteers. While in Va. On 6 day May, 1864, he was wounded by a minnie ball striking his left hand, cutting off one finger below the middle joint. Herod, R.W. $50.00. (Dead, 1903). Resided in Morgan County since 15 day of June, 1845. Served as a private in Co. B of 23rd Battallion of Ga. Volunteers, Wright's Brigade. In Ga. On 22 Nov. 1864 he was wounded by a minnie ball entering the left shoulder over the head of humerus, going out through neck over right shoulder, taking away the acronium(?) process end of the clavicle; out of the wound 16 pieces of fractured bone has been taken, rendering the left arm and shoulder substantially useless. Hanson, J.B. $50.00. (Transferred to Irwin County). Resided in Morgan since 12 Dec., 1840. Served as a private in Co. G, Cobb's Legion of Volunteers. In Maryland on 14th day of Sept., 1862, he was wounded by a minnie ball entering the right groin passing through the hip, striking & shattering the bone, rendering the hip substantially useless. On July 1, 1862, wounded by a mminnie ball striking leftleg below the knee, breaking the bones below knee, rendering left leg substantially useless. Keese, G.A.F. $50.00. (Died May, 190-?).
