A. Scott Patterson, of Madison, gave an excellent talk here Sunday afternoon. A large crowd was present to hear him. Mrs. Hattie T. Hall has returned from a visit to her sister, Mrs. R. N. Saye, of Clack's Chapel. Mr. Bertran Brown has recovered from a recent spell of flu. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Few and son, Cooper, and Mr. and Mrs. Lowe Atkinson attended preaching in Madison Sunday night. Miss Martha Anglin spent the week-end in Madison with Miss Nealie Marks. Drs. Dickens and McGeary made professional calls here last week. Mr. W. A. Copelan and son, Willie, visited relatives in Greene county recently. Mr. Karl Edmundson has returned to Chattanooga, after a short visit to homefolks here. Messrs. W. P.
