It's a new house with a new(?) name and since no one ever writes to your paper from here we thought we would give a few news items that may give you an idea of who and where we are. Miss Lillian Astin has had as her guest for several days past, Miss Effie Nunn, of Union Point. She returned Wednesday. The school here is progressing nicely. There are only thirty-seven pupils on roll, but the attendance is good and the pupils seem very much interested in their work. Mr. V. E. Butler visited Rehoboth friends not long since. Mrs. L. L. McHugh accompanied by Miss Etta Shockley, who is teaching the school here, visited relatives and friends at Fair Play last Saturday. Lizzie, the sweet little infant of Mr. and Mrs. Will Towns, is quite sick at this writing. We hope for her a speedy recovery. Mrs. Hugh O'Kelley, of near Social Circle, visited her parents at this place last week. Little Andy Sullivan, who has been out of school for several days on account of sickness, is able to be back at school we are glad to note. Mr. John Astin, who has been on the road for some time, is now at home with his mother. We are sorry to state that Mr. Harvey McHugh is quite sick at his home here.
