At the same time above was received  Miss. Estella Walker, a bright
pupil in the Madison High School, received the following card.


 "I saw your name in "Honor Roll" of Madisonian.  My great grandfather's
name was Jon. Wesley Walker, and was a tailor in Madison before the Civil
War of 1861-65.  His daughter, Rebecca, married N. N. Welch, a dentist.  My
mother's name was Louise Rochelle Welch and married my father, T. J. Evans, a
Tennessee soldier.  Are we related?"
