RICHTER, Jr. (1837-1907) who was permanently disabled on 2 Jul 1863 at Gettysburg as a member of the 3rd GA. Married Mary Louise HUNTER of Greensboro, Greene County, GA. Front Row (right, seated) Lt. Arthur Potter RICHTER (1844-1928) of Madison who served in the 5th GA VIR. Married Francis Cornelia FIELDING of Madison. Back Row (left, standing) John C. RICHTER, Sr. (1848-1907) who served in Capers Battalion, "Georgia Cadets" during the Civil War. Married Alice E. DANIEL of Jefferson County, GA. (John was my grandfather) Back Row (right, standing) Martin L. "Mat" RICHTER, Sr. (1846-1924), like John he also served in Capers Battalion, "Georgia Cadets" during the Civil War.
