Pheriba Rosin to David Dyer 

These are to authorize you to permit into the Holy State of Matrimony 
David Dyers one part and Pheriba Rosin of the other part and to the rites 
of your church provided there be no laypeople to obstruct the same and 
thus shall be your authority so doing given under my hand as Clerk of the 
Court Ordinary of the County aforesaid this 16th day of January, 1897

the Peace to celebrate 

I Do hereby certify that David Dyer and Pheriba Rosin were banned 
together in the Holy Bands of Matrimony by me on the 18th day of January
