West of the one part & Mary Fielder of the other part both of the County and State aforesaid. Whereas the said Mary Fielder is sized to her these heirs in fee simple of Two negroes to wit. Washington a man about thirty years of age & Laura a woman about eighteen. Whereas a Marriage is Shortly to be Soldemnized between the said Milton P. West & Mary Fielder & upon the treaty of said marriage it was agreed between the parties the aforementioned live negroes should be secured to the said Mary Fielder together with the children of Laura should she hereafter have children to the ____ manner hereinafter mentioned the said negroes to be the sole or separate property of the said Mary Fielder & not subject to the debts of the said Milton P. West and should the said Mary die Leaving children by the said Milton P. West then the said negroes to be the property of said child or children but should she die leaving no children by said West She has the power to dispose of said negroes by sale to whomever she may choose together or with their increase if anyaaa. The said Mary Fielder with consent of Milton P. West may sell or dispose of one or both of said negroes at any time hereafter that may be thought proper.
