Harper Johnson Clhjohnson@aol.com Know all men by these presents that we William King & Benjamin Boon are held & firmly bound unto the Honorable, the Court of Ordinary for the County of Morgan and State of Georgia in the just & full sum of six thousand dollars which payment will and truly to be made, we and each of us so bind ourselves, our heir, Executors, Administrators and afsigns firmly by there presents sealed with our seals and ____ thy third day of Nov 1822. The condition of thy obligation is such that if the above bound William King, Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Lymen Benham deceased which have or shall come to the hands pofsefsion or knowledge of the said William King or unto the hands or pofsefsion of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit to the Court of Ordinary when thereunto required and such goods chattels and credits do will and truly administer according to law & do make a just & true account of his actings & doings therein when required by the court of ordinary and all the rest of the goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the account of the said administration the same being first allowed by the said court shall deliver & pay to to such persons respectively as are entitled to the same by law and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased and the executors obtain a certificate of the Probate thereof and the said William King do in such case if required render and deliver up law letters of administration then thy obligation to be void else to remain in full force, power and virtue} Signed Sealed & Delivered} Wm.
