Harper Johnson clhjohnson@aol.com Georgia Morgan County, Know all men by these presents that we Ethan Brewer, John Brewer and Elisha Brewer are hereto and firmly bound unto the Honorable the Justices of the Inferior Court of said County sitting for ordinary purposes and their succefsors in office in the just and full sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which sum to the said Justices as aforesaid and their succefsors, we bind ourselves, our heirs, Executors and Administrators in the while these presents seated with our seals and dated this third day of September Eighteen Hundred and forty nine. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Ethan Brewer Administrator of the Estate, real and personal, of Drury Brewer Senr. Late of this county deceased do make a true and perfect inventory of all the estate both real and personal of said deceased, which have, or shall come to the hands pofsefsion or knowledge of the said Ethan Brewer or unto the hands pofsefsion of any other person or persons for him, and the same so make an exhibit into the court of ordinary when he shall be thereunto required, and such estate do will and timely administer according to law, and do make a just and true account of his outings and doings therein when he shall be there unto required by the court of ordinary for said County, and all the rest of the said Estate which shall be found remaining upon the account of the said Administrator the same being first allowed by the court, shall deliver and pay to such person or persons respectively as are entitled to the same by law, and of it shall hereafter appear that any last will and testament was made by the deceased and the same be proved before the court. And the Executors obtain a certificate of the probate thereof and the said Ethan Brewer do in such case if required render and deliver it ___ the said letters of Administration then their obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
