Article 1. I will my body lain decently in the ground & all expenses & my just debts paid. 2nd. I will my brother Elijah Crane have all my library if alive & if dead to be given to my younger brother. 3rd. I will the balance of my property to be sold & the effects to be equally divided between my father & brothers & sisters. 4th. I will two notes in my possession on John H. Colquit & the other D. Holt not be pushed for collection contrary to their will before 25 Dec. 1824. 5th. I nominate & appoint George L. Bird, Thos.
