I being in my proper Luncy and Sound Mind and believe in near the hour of my disalution I commit my Soul to God and my body to the ground. Section 1st--I bequeath and give to my loving wife Lucy Edmonson--one Negro Girl namely Nelly also and negro girl Mesite (?) also negro Boy Harry also all the household and kitchen furniture also and waggon and give three horses and one calf and one riding Sulkey Also the tract of land whereon I now live(.) Also the lot of land which I drew in Early County. I wish for this above named property or any part thereof to be ___ of my loving wife Lucy Edmonson may ___ ___ to satisfy my Just Debts. 2nd I appoint, constitute and ordain my trusty brother James Edmondson, Charly ____ as Executors and the above Written Will and make this my last will and testament.
