I give to Lucy Gaar my dearly beloved wife all my estate both real & personal during her natural life or widowhood & if she should marry she shall then have a child's part. The balance to be equally divided between Pamily Gaar, Benajah Lewis Gaar, Elizabeth Willhite Gaar, Michael Adam Gaar, Margaret Catharine Gaar, & Russell Westly Gaar the heirs of Joel Gaar. When the afsd. children shall come of age or marry for Lucy Gaar during her widowhood to have full power to give each child what property she may think proper at valuation so one child may not have more than another & if one or more children should die for his or her property to go to the other survivors.
