Item, I give and bequeath to my son Williamson Harriss one negro boy by the name of James forever. Item I give to my Daughter Judith Burford one negro boy by the name of Isaam; Item I give to my Son Samuel Harriss one negro boy by name David also one feather bed and furniture also half dozen puter plaites one dish one bason one pot and half Dozen knives and forks. Item; I give to my Daughter Susannah P. Harriss one negro girle by name of F----y also one horse bridle and sadle also one feather bed and furniture also half Dozen pewter plates one dish one bason one pot half Dozen knives and forks Item, I give to my Son John R. Harriss one negro boy by name M----- also one horse bridle and sadle also one feather bed and furniture and half Dozen pewter plaites one dish one bason one pot and half Dozen knives and forkes. Item, I give to my Son Charles B. Harriss one negro boy by name Antony also one horse bridle & saddle and bridle also one feather bed and furniture and half Dozen Pewter plaites one dish one bason one pot half Dozen knives and forkes. Item, I give my loving wife Agness Harriss one negro girle to do as she may see cause by the name of Silvey I also lend to my wife all my other property both real and personal during her natural life or widowhood. Item my will is that my two youngest Sons have good Schooling from my Estate my will further is that if any of the above negroes should Die before they should get them or become of age the loss to be made up to them by an other one in place thereof. My will further is that my Executors furnish Each one there parte as they become of Age or marry. Item my Desire is that my man Bill be sold or exchanged for land for my son John R. Harriss and should he die before I wish Isaac to be disposed in like maner. Item I give the lot of land nown by No. 162 on the beaver Dam Creek join Weaver to my Son Samuel Harriss. Item, I give my son Charles B. Harriss my home house and all the land that I hold heare and after the desease of my wife. my will is to be an Equal Division Except the land I have givin Williamson Harriss his parte of land prior to this Date and they all have there parte of the Balance Except Eph--- - a negro boy I give him to my two Daughters Judith & Susannah and should Susannah P. Harriss have no heirs I wish my Daughter to have him. Item my wish further is that if any of my Children Son or Daughter bring in any claim or go to law for it Contrary to this that he or her to be cut of there legacy above mentioned except one dollar and fifty cents. I lastly constitute & appoint my loving wife Agness Harriss my Son Samuel Harriss Thomas B. Burford and Robert Penick Executors of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I here unto set my hand and affixed my seale this third day of July in the yeare of our Lorde Eighteen Hundred and fifteen.
