The above named Ison lends to his consort Margret Ison the plantation where he now lives, 5 negroes Jack, Mima, Ned, Dick & Ann during her natural life & also stock of horses, cattle, & hogs & the corn, meat, &c belonging to the plantation at present & also the plantation tools both house & kitchen furniture after the death of Margret Ison the above property to be equally divided among Christian Ison's lawful heirs to Frederic Ison $4.00, to Jacob Ison a negro boy Charles, to Margret McElroy's offspring David & Fan, to John Ison a negro girl Less, to Polly McCannon $4.00, to Nancy Ison a feather bed & furniture. /s/Esa Isom[?] Witnesses: Asa Sessions, Samuel Bearfield, Fredk.
