Transcribed by A. T. Johnson, Jr. WILL OF SAMUEL (3) NUTT'S NEPHEW. ANDREW NUTT, SON OF ANDREW (3) NUTT. Georgia, Morgan County. In the name of God Amen. I Andrew Nutt of the State and County aforesaid being weak of body but of sound mind and memory do make and constitute this my last will and testament. Item. I command my body to the earth and my soul to the Lord who gave them. Item second. After the payment of all my lawful debts I give and bequeath unto my much beloved and affectionate Mother all my Estate both real and personal. Item 3rd. I appoint Nathaniel Allen my lawful Executor to carry into effect this my last will and testament. In witness where of I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this 27th day of October in the year of our Lord 1829. Signed: A.
