foregoing contains a true inventory & appraisement of the goods, 
chattels, lands of said Allen Ponder to the best of our judgment & Mat-
W. Wenall? Sworn (one of the convr G. B. Stovall having duly sworn the 
others & then D. P. Evans-having duly sworn him) to perform his duty 
according to law, given under hands & official signatures this 30th day 
of Jany 1873.
