Skidmore of the County of Morgan do constitute and appoint this my last will and Testament ------- First my will and desire is that all my Just debts be paid to which I Subject all my Estate - Secondly It is my Desire that my Estate should be kept together as long as my Executor Shall think Best Thirdly It is also my Desire that if my wife Ruth .A. Skidmore Should marry before my Children become of Age or marry I give and bequeath unto her in fee simple one Equal Share of my Estate Fourthly It is my Desire that as my Children become of Age or marry that they may have an Equal share of my Estate Fiftyly It is my desire that my wife Ruth .A. Skidmore during her widowhood and my children Shall be supported and my children Educated out of my Estate and all the Residue to be disposed of by my Executor if any Arrising from the crops as he may think best for the use of my wife and children ---- I leave Osborn .G.
