My will and desire is that my just debts be discharged out of the money due me and the proceeds of the most perishable part of my (Estate)stock. Item : I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Tabitha Snellings all my Estate after paying off my just debts both real and personal together with all money bonds bills and accounts due me or that may hereafter become due to her the said Tabitha her heirs and assignees forever. Lastly I hereby appoint my said beloved wife Tabitha Snellings the sold executrix of this my last will and testament making null and void all other testamentary writings by me named or made ratifying and confirming this as the only. In ___ where of I here into set my hand and affix my seal this day and date first above written. Executed in the presence of John Sanson, Jr., John Sanson, Sr., and James Evans. John Snellings LS seal Georgia, Morgan County Court of Ordianry November 2nd 1835 Personally appeared in open court John Sanson, Sr., John Sanson Jr., James Evans subscribing witness to the foregoing insturment in writing purporting it to be the last will and testament of John Snellings dec. who being duly sworn said they saw the testator sign said and deliver the same for the purposes therein expressed and that they believe he was at the time of sound and disposig mind and memory and that they listed the same in writing in his presence.
