ITEM 1. If I should owe any debts at the time of my death, I desire said debts paid by my executrix herein-after named as soon thereafter as practicable. ITEM 2. I will, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jessie Knight Wallace, all property of which I may die possessed, either real, personal or mixed, to be hers absolutely in fee simple. I do this with the full consciousness of the fact that my said wife will deal fairly and conscientiously with my daughter, Mary Elizabeth. ITEM 3. I name as the executrix of this my last will and testament my said wife, Jessie Knight Wallace, and relieve her from the necessity of giving any bond, filing any inventory, or procuring the order or orders of any court in connection with said administration. I expressly bestow upon her the power and authority to make any sale or sales of any or all of my said property as she may deem best, with or without the order of any court, and with or without advertisement as she may desire to do. Page two Item 4. It is my intention by this will to put my said wife in full and complete ownership and control of all property left by me. In Witness whereof, I, the said Marion Carl Wallace, have hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 18th day of October, 1943.
