I recommend my body to dust to be buried in a Christian like manner & my soul to God who gave it in hopes to be raised at resurrection. I allow all my just debts to be paid. 1st. I allow my well beloved wife Susannah Weaver to have all my property her lifetime or widowhood except a negro woman, Mary, to whom I give to my four daughters Hannah, Jean, Rachel, & Levina. The property I give my beloved wife Susannah Weaver to be given to my four youngest children at her death or if she should marry: Jessey, James, Nancy, & Isaac. I also give my four sons Julius, William, John, & Jonathan $1.25 to each of them. I also allow a tract I have in Wilkinson County, 202 1/2 acres, to be sold to pay mt just debts. I appoint my son William Weaver & Susannah my beloved wife to be my executor & executrix of this my last will & testament & annulling all former wills & testaments, 10 July 1817. /s/ Othniel Weaver.
