Record to James Moriz No. 190 9-3 Georgia, Murray County Whereas the Court of Ordinary of this County of Murray here siting for ordinary purposes on this Eighteen hundred and fifty two upon the application of Andrew J. Rollins, Administration and Frances Rollins Administrator of the Estate of John R. Rollins deceased did post an order for the sale of the real estate of said deceased herein after described legal notice of such application having been given in one of the public Gazettes of this state to wit; The Dalton Times four months previous to the granting of this order aforesaid and whereas A. J. Rollins and Frances Rollins administrators of the Estate of John R. Rollins deceased having sixty days notice of said sale and the time and place thereof in the Public Gazette aforesaid and at the Courthouse door in said County, And on the first Tuesday in January Eighteen hundred and fifty three at the place of public sales in the County aforesaid where to sell at Public outcry under and by the value of the order aforesaid this the said premises herein after described and whereas the the said premises were then and there knocked off to the said James Morris who was the highest bidder for the same at the sum of sixhundred and fiftyfour dollars six and one forth. Now the indenture made the fifth day of January Eighteen hundred and fiftythree between the said Andrew J. Rollins, Administrator and Frances Rollins administrator of the said John R. Rollins deceased as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and fifty five six and one forth cents in hand paid at and before the sealing and de- livery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hereto granted bargained sold aliened confirmed and by these present doth grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said James Morris his heirs and assigns all that lot or parcel of land situated lying and being in the ninth district of the third section of originally Cherokee now Murray County in said state and known and distinguished in the plan of the said district by the number one hundred and ninety (190) con- taining one hundred and six acres more or less being all of said lot except one third laid off as the residence dower including the house where the said Frances Rollins now lives in the south east corner of said lot to have and to hold the said bargained premises which all and singular the and appurtenances thereof to the said premises being belonging or in any appurtaining with the remainders rent use and profit thereof to the only purpose use kind fit and behoof of him the said James Morris his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in fee simple and the said Andrew J. Rollins and Frances Rollins administrators aforesaid their heirs executors administrators and assigns against all persons claiming the same by from or under the said John R. Rollins deceased and the said Andrew J. Rollins and Frances Rollins administrator and administrators as aforesaid in witness whereof the said Andrew J. Rollins and Frances Rollins administrator and administra- viso as aforesaid hath hereunto set their hands and affixed his seal the day and year last above written. Rollins and Frances Rollins Temporary Letters of Administration on the Estate of John Rollins Bond Georgia, Murray County Know all men by these present that we, A.J. Rollins, Frances Rollins, Calvin Rollins are held firmly bound into the Justices of the Inferior Cout Setting for Ordinary Purposes of said County and their Successions in Office in the sum of two thousand dollars to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind outselves, our heirs, executors and Administration of us and each of us firmly by these present subscribed with our hands and sealed with our seals this 12th day of March eighteen hundred and forty nine. The condition of the above Obligation is such that where as the above bound A.J. Rollins and Frances Rollins have this day applied to John S. Beall, Clerk of the Court of Ordinary of said County, for and has obtained Temporary Letters of Administration of the goods and chattels rights and credits of John Rollins deceased. Now, if the above bound A.J. Rollins and Frances Rollins shall carefully collect and preserve from waste or loss all the goods Chattels and effects of the Said John Rollins deceased, and shall make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all such estate and the same being so preserved do surrender up such estate and effects with the inventory aforesaid unto the legal and proper administration on or before the first Monday in May next, or so soon thereafter as the court of Ordinary shall direct with all their Actings and doings therein and faithfully perform the trust reposed in them, then their Ob- ligation to be void, Otherwise to remain in full force in law.
