Green (unreadable) and having applied for the solemn Probate of the last will of Abraham Odom senior deceased and now at this time of the court it appearing that some of his heirs at law of said deceased have not been notified according to law--that some of said heirs reside without the limits of the State of Georgia and the residences of some are unknown. It is therefore ordered that service be perfected by publication in the Columbus Enquirer for the space of ninety days or personally on the following named and (unreadable) (unreadable) heirs at law of said deceased to wit Elizabeth Turner daughter of said deceased and her husband Aaron F. Turner Cynthia Muse a grand daughter of said deceased and her husband (unreadable) Muse Pleasant Odom Abraham Glenn Matilda Glenn and Nancy Ann Smith grand children of said deceased and Sidney Smith husband of said Nancy Ann Smith said heirs at law or their legal representatives to be notified to be and appear at the next October Term of this court then and there to witness such proceedings as may be had concerning the probate of said will and that said cause stand continuous until said October Term of said court.
