By argument of counsel in the above stated case ordered that it be carried to the appeal by consent. W.T. Massey-attorney for caveators Wiley Williams- for propounders Court of Ordinary, Bk. B, p. 392 Ordinary's Office October 30, 1860 Whereas Abraham Odom guardian for William Odom only minor child of Abraham Odom senior deceased having applied for appraisers to set off and assign to said William Odom from the estate of his deceased father the sum necessary for his support and maintenance for the space of twelve months. It is therefore ordered that James H. Patrick, John M. Patrick, Joseph Simon, John E. Laman, William Martin and John Bowen be and they are hereby constituted and appointed appraisers (a majority being authorised to act) to set off and assign to said William Odom the sum necessary for his support and maintenance for the space of one year in money or property or both. Said appraisers first taking an oath to make said assignment according to justice and equity without favor or affection for any of the parties at interest and that they return to this office an account of their proceedings in the premises certified under their hands and seals with certificates of their having been sworn.
