After disposing of the following cases, court adjourned until Thursday: Kate J. Markham was appointed administratrix of Mary F. Markham’s estate. Ilby Farley was appointed administrator of Missouri Temples. E.B. Gammell was dismissed as administrator of Mrs. M.E. Pursell. Lula Lovett, widow of Charles P. Lovett, was granted a year’s support. Lucy B. Yonge, executrix of Elbert A. Banks, was given permission to sell land. H.L. Abbott, administratrix of J. Whitsitt Webster, was given leave to sell land. Lucy U. Mitchell, administratrix of Mrs. K.T.D. Mitchell’s estate, was granted leave to sell land. Josephine Cartledge, executor of the estate of Joseph A. Cartledge, filed petition to probate his Will in common form. The probate was made and the Will admitted to record. Lucy G. Phillips, widow of W.I. Phillips, was granted a year’s support out of his estate. ==== Tuesday, February 3, 1903 Cases Before the Ordinary Judge Redd held the monthly term of the Court of Ordinary yesterday disposing of the following matters: Flora Thomas was appointed adminstratrix of the estate of William Thomas. Upon petition of J.H. Thornton et al, the administration of the estate of Alice Caston was vested to E.F. Roberts, Sheriff. Mrs. H.C. Knowles was appointed guardian for Ethel and Willie Morris. E.P. Miller, executor of N.E. Miller petitioned to have the Will of the latter probated in common form.
