Know all men by these presents that I Julius A
Andrews for in consideration of the love and
affection which I have for my mother Mrs. Elizabeth
Andrews as well as in consideration of the sum of
five dollars <??> me in hand paid by James G.
Andrews the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
doth hereby bargain sell and convey to the said
James G Andrews as Trustee for the said Elizabeth
Andrews under the limitations and conditions herein
<expressed?> a certain negro girl by the name of
Laura about years old To have and to hold the said
negro girl in trust for the sole use and benefit of
the said Elizabeth Andrews as her sole and
<separate?> Estate independent and free from the
debts contracts and liabilities of her present
husband or any other person whatever for and during
her natural life And in trust further that the death
of the said Elizabeth Andrews the said Negro girl
Laura and her natural increase if any shall revert
to and become the property in <fee?> of the said
Julius A Andrews the grantor without any encumbrance
by virtue of this conveyance

In testimony whereof the said Julius A Andrews has
hereto Set his hand & seal on this the 31st day of
December 1860
