Alabama)  B.T. Hatcher and wife to C.P. Thompson- The State of Alabama, Henry
County Know all men by these presents that Ben T, Hatcher and Martha J. Hatcher
the wife of said Ben T. Hatcher of the county of Muscogee and State of
Georgia,for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars($500) to
them in hand paid by C.P. Thompson of the town of Columbia of the county of
Henry and State of Alabama, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge,do
hereby grant,bargain and sell ------- and confirm unto the said C.P. Thompson,
the following described real estate to wit: The North half of the Southwesr
quarter,and the North half of the SouthEast quarter of section 11,and the
northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter  of section 12 all in Township four
and Range twenty-nine, also twento acres of ____ bounded as follows,to wit: on
the north by lands of J.B. Alford , East by lands of A. McCay Alford, south &
west by lands of B. T. Hatcher
