State of Georgia, Muscogee County:

THIS INDENTURE, made the Seventh day of February in the year of our Lord, One 
Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety five between A Gammel of the State of Georgia 
and County of Muscogee of the one part, and A.S. Brooks of the State of Georgia 
and County of Muscogee of the other part; WITNESSETH. That the said A Gammel 
for and in Consideration of the sum Eight Hundred Dollar, to Him in hand paid 
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents (the receipt whereof 
is hereby acknowledged) hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and doth by 
these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said 

A.S. Brooks his heirs and assigns all that parcel or tract of land lying and 
being in the county of Muscogee and State of Georgia and in the 921st District 
G M of said county and in what is known as the Coweta reserve. And described as 
the west half of lot no (131) one hundred and thirty acres. Bounded on the west 
by the land of J.M. Fletcher on the south by Samuel Divi[illegible] on the 
north by the [illegible] King place and on the east by the King place said half 
lot of land contains fifty acres more or less. Also all that part of Lot no 117 
that lies south and east of Bull Creek and bounded on the north and west by 
Bull Creek and on south by J.M. Fletcher on the east by [illegible] King place 
said fractions of Lot no 117 contains thirty acres more or less. Also in the 
921st District GM of said county.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the said bargained premises unto him the said A.S. Brooks 
his heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the rights, member and 
appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging, to him and his own 
proper use, benefit and behoof, in Fee Simple. And the said A Gammel for his 
heirs, executors, and administrators, the Said bargained premises unto the 
said, A.S. Brooks his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the 
right and title thereof against himself and against the claim of his heirs, 
executors, administrators and assigns, and against the claims of all other 
persons whatsoever.

In Testimony Whereof, the said A Gammel hath hereunto set his hand and affixed 
his seal
