Weeks, John H.-4th Sergeant August 14, 1861. Elected 1st
Lieutenant July 26, 1862; Captain February 1864. Deserted near
Richmond, Va. September 1864. Received by Provost Marshal General, Washington, D. C., a Confederate deserter, September 24,1864.
Took oath of allegiance to U. S. Govt., released and furnished
transportation to Millford, Conn.

Finnigan, Peter-5th Sergeant August 14, 1861. Wounded at
Chickamauga, Ga. September 19,1863. Captured at Fort Harrison,
Va. September 29,1864. Paroled at Point Lookout, Md., and sent to
James River, Va. for exchange March 19,1865. No later record.
