L. Torbett, on Broad Street, later yesterday afternoon, S. J. Doran, age thirty-eight, for the past few months embalmer for the concern, was suddenly attacked with a hemorrhage, which resulted in his death before a physician could reach the scene. Mr. Doran had been in perfect health and was in the best of spirits ten minutes before his attack. The decedent is survived by a wife and three children, who reside in Birmingham, and the remains were shipped to the Magic City today, where the funeral and interment will take place.
