Crane, a Columbus lawyer, has been debarred from practicing in the courts of Georgia. The following is the order of Judge Butt debarring Crane. This accusation, coming on to be heard on July 23rd, and the defendant, Sam C. Crane, announcing that he did not wish a jury to try said cause, and the law and facts being submitted for determination, and evidence on both sides being submitted and argument had, the court reserved his decision, and now, upon this July 25, 1894, has considered, ordered and adjudged that said accusation be sustained, and that said Sam C. Crane be removed and stricken from the roll of attorneys authorized to practice before courts of the State of Georgia and that he pay all costs.
