             MRS. VERNA LOUISE BOGGS

  Mrs. Verna Louise Boggs, 62, died early today at her residence, 1318 Second 
Ave., after an illness of several months.
  Mrs. Boggs had lived here eight years and was formerly of Talbotton.  She 
was born in Chattahoochee County Aug. 27, 1900, and is the daughter of Mrs. 
Daisy Bell Brooks Green, Talbotton, and the late Charlie Green.
  Survivors other than her Mother include her husband, Sam H. Boggs, Columbus; 
one brother, D. C. Green, Daytona Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Neal 
Plummer, Perry, Fla., and Mrs. Margaret Shweety, Brooklyn, N.Y.;  several 
nieces and nephews.
