 DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES- Richard Tyre Frost, 58, passed away on September 
12, 2012 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Funeral services will be held on 
Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby 
Mortuary, 4071 Macon Rd., Columbus. The family will receive friends at the 
funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. 
Richard was born December 17, 1953 to Obie Nolan and Virginia Foster Frost in 
Columbus, GA. He was an electrician with IBEW Local 613 of Atlanta, GA and was 
employed by Inglett-Stubbs International at the time of his death. Richard was 
preceded in death by his mother, Virginia F. Frost, a grandson, Otis Jeremy 
Bruner, Jr. and his grandfather, Howard Taft "Jack" Frost.
 Survivors include his wife, Grace Belano Frost of Columbus; his daughter and 
son-in-law, Bailey and Jeremy Bruner of Columbus; his granddaughter, Harmony 
Bruner; his father and step-mother, Nolan and Jean Frost of Columbus; sister, 
Vicki Frost Horne of Columbus; grandmother, Dora Selma Frost; mother-in-law, 
Filomena Alinea Belano and four step-children, Karla, Paula, Chelsea and 
Miguel Pacle, all of the Phillippines; two nieces, Mandi Horne and Laurie H. 
Skibbe and a nephew, Clay Horne, all of Columbus.
