Died, at the residence of her son, Charles S. Harrison, of this city, on Saturday the 5th last, Mrs. Mary Ann Harrison, aged 52 years. For many months, the deceased suffered the weariness of an aggravating disease of the lungs, which kept her prostrate most of the time. But with the fortitude of a Christian, she bore her affliction without a single distrust of the Merciful ????? of her heavenly father, and finally met the last enemy with that unwavering faith which a Christian's hope alone inspires. Her funeral services took place on Sunday morning at the Baptist Church, of which she was for many years an upright and consistant member. Edgefield and Spartanburg, SC papers please copy. Additional Comments: Mary Ann Mims was the daughter of Livingston Mims and Martha "Patsy" Perrin of Edgefield, SC. She was the widow of Edmund Harrison, also of Edgefield.
