Mrs. MARY HEARN, aged 73 years, died at her residence, No. 1823 First avenue, at a quarter to eight o'clock last night. She had been ill for six months with dropsy. Mrs. HEARN was a member of St. Paul Methodist church, and was a consecrated Christian. She leaves behind her scores of friends to mourn her loss. She is survived by one son, Mr. ROLLIE HEARN, of this city; by two daughters, Mrs. MINNIE BENEFIELD, of Columbus, and Mrs. ALEX DUNCAN, of Woodbury, Ga., and by three sisters, Mrs. SALLIE WHATLEY, of Birmingham, Mrs. SUSAN VENABLE, and Mrs. NANCY DAVIDSON, of this city. The funeral services will take place from the residence this afternoon at five o'clock, and will be conducted by her pastor, Rev. W.L. WOOTTEN, the interment to be at Linwood cemetery. The following gentlemen have been asked to act as pall bearers: Messrs. G.A. PEARCE, W.H. MARTIN, Taylor GANN, C.A. LOVELACE, Emmett KITE, and T.H. BERGAN.
