Key Influenza Victim Prominent Woman Died Friday Afternoon Funeral Held In Wynnton Yesterday Mrs. Ben W. Key, age 26 years died Friday Afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at her residence 1750 Wildwood Circle, Wynnton after a short illness of influence. She was one of the prominent young woman of the city and her death came as a shock to her many friends. She was the granddaughter of Mr. D. A. Andrews of Columbus and prior to her marriage made her home with him. Mrs. Key was the wife of Mr. Ben W. Key of Key & Townsend. One daughter Mary Ellen Key age six years survives besides her husband. The funeral services were held at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon from the family residence. Rev. J. A. Thomas pastor of St. Luke Methodist Church, of which congregation Mrs. Key was a member, conducted the services. The pallbearers were the following gentlemen: Messrs P. B. Dexter, C. M. Woolfolk, K. R. Townsend, Ben H. Swift, J. C. Fox, and Chester Newman. The interment was in Linwood Cemetery. Joan Hill vjbhill@alltel.net
