Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sally (Self)Kilgore; two sons C.E. (Charles Emmet) of Atlanta and S.T. (Stephen Theophilus known as Theo)Kilgore of Tampa, Fla. Six daughters, Mrs. O.E. Harden, of Preston, Ga., Mrs. Eva Garrett, Mrs. Ida Whitehurst, Mrs. Pearl Patterson, Mrs. Myrtle NcNichol (McMickle), Odessa Crouch, all of Columbus. One brother, W.C. (William J.) Kilgore of Douglasville, Ga., several nieces and nephews, 33 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The body was moved to Britton & Dobbs Mortuary pending completion of funeral arrangements.
