She was eighty years of age and her death was due to the diability of senility. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Geneva, Ga., and the tenets of her faith were her dearest devotion. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, Mr. James Phillips, who is stricken with grief over the death of his partner of many years and his friends sympathize with him in his great loss. Other surviving relatives are Mr. W.A. Phillips, a son, and Mrs. R.J. Boyd, a daughter, of Upatoi, and Professor Stephen Phillips of this city, and Messrs. Charles and James Phillips of Texas. The funeral will be held at the residence this morning at 10 o’clock, conducted by the pastor of Geneva Presbyterian Church, and the interment will be in the Hollis burying ground. – Enquirer-Sun Tuesday.
