A Columbus Lineman Killed

Columbus, Ga. – Frank Perry, a lineman in the employ of the Columbus Automatic 
Telephone Company, came in contact with a live wire while in a network of wires 
on a pole on Broad street and was shocked and burned.

Limp and apparently lifeless he fell to the ground twenty-five feet below.  He 
was unconscious, but lived about five minutes.
