Doris Smith

Doris Smith, 76 of 44 Patch Drive, Columbus died Thursday at St. Francis Hospital.
The graveside service will be 2pm Sunday at Parkhill Cemetery, according to
Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus.

Mrs. Smith was born Oct 24, 1907 in Baldwin County, GA, a daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Joseph Duke. She lived in Columbus since 1942 and was a homemaker. She
belonged to South Columbus United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Emory W.; three daughters, Calba F. Haren of
Atlanta, GA; Bobbie I Horn of Columbus and Emorree D. Wilson of Jonesboro, Ark;
a sister Nelle Morris of Macon, GA; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Knights Templer Foundation.

Doris Doke Smith, born 10-24-1907 in Milledgeville, Baldwin County, Georgia and
died 10-27-1983 in Columbus, Georgia. Buried at Parkhill Cemetery in Columbus,
Georgia.
