Mrs. Susan Venable, aged 93, died yesterday morning at 10 o'clock at the 
residence of her daughter, Mrs. Tom H Gorgan, No 1313 Fifth avenue from 
injuries sustained in a fall last Sunday night in which she broke her hip. 
She was born in Elbert county, Ga., and has hundreds of friends in this 
section who regret her death very much.

Mrs. Venable was the widow of the late George W. Venable, who was engaged in 
the printing business with the Gilbert stock adjutators.

The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 5 o'clock from the residence 
of her sister.
