The funeral of Mrs. Susan P. Venable took place at the home of her daughter, 
Mrs. Thomas H Bergan, No 1313 Fifth avenue yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock. 
The services were conducted by Rev. J. A. Thomas, pastor of St. Luke Methodist 
Church, and attended by a number of friends of the deceased. The interment was 
in Linwood Cemetery. Following were the pallbearers: C.P. Bush, George J. 
Burrus, R.E. Kavanaugh, R.B. Grier, B.G. Ryan and J.L. Slaughter.
