Curtis McBride Kills Henry Bailey White

Columbus, Ga. Jan. 25 – Henry Bailey White was shot and instantly killed near
here with an automatic pistol by Curtis McBride, following an argument on an
unknown subject.  Jude Shans, of Buena Vista, and Mrs. Bailey, mother of the
deceased, witnessed the tragedy.  McBride gave himself up to county officers and
is being held without bail.
