                  Top Hat Cafe
 Do not know when this cafe closed ,was told it closed ca 2003, 
but they had the hottest, biggest Chicken breast in town in 
the 1980's, I believe the Top Hat was open in the 1950's.
 This was owned by a Black family.  
  This is on 9th Street.
