-Monroe is becoming a popular meeting place for couples who
want to get married.  In the waiting room sat the depot this
morning, Mr. John L. COX of Lexington, N.C., and Miss Clara
TERRELL of Columbus, Ga., were married, the ceremony being
performed by Rev. Mr. ELDER of Richland, Ga., who
