When either my wife or daughter dies the whole of said property is to go or belong to the one (wife or daughter) who is the suviving one. If both should die and my daughter leaves no heirs, then the said property should be appraised by some uninterstered parties, and divided equally between my living heirs. The rest of my land South of the "Big Road" Known as lots No. 1/2 of 24 & 1/2 of 25 and lot #42 -43 to be divided equally between my sons, each one drawing his share. I don't want any of the land sold out of the family, in case any one of the heirs should want to sell his or her property to invest elsewhere some one of the family should buy it, and under no circumstances must any one of the heirs sell their property out of the family, for in so doing they forfeit all claims and rights to their share of property-written as I dictated by my daughter.
