The petition of John H. Massey respectfully shows that he is the administrator on the estate of James W. Massey late of said county deceased and that said Estate consists of considerable Real Estate and Personal Property and that the indebtedness of said Estate is so large that it will be necessary to sell the whole of it, in order that the same may liquidated and the remainder divided among the heirs at law-who an all of legal ago --Wherefore he prays your Honorable Court to grant him an order authorizing and empowering him to sell said Real and Personal property for the purpose as aforesaid And your Petitioner will ever pray rc? John H. Massey Adm rc? Muscogee Court of Ordinary September Term 1874 Whereas Citation having been duly issued and published calling upon all persons interested to show cause( if any they could ) at this term of the Court, why leave to sell the real and personal property belonging to the Estate of James W. Massey deceased, should not be granted to John H Massey the Administrator on said Estate for the purpose of paying the debts of his intestate and making a division of the residue among the lawful heirs (all being of legal age) and no objection being offend by any of the parties so cited It is therefor ordered by the court that John H Massey Adm of the Estate of James W. Massey deceased have leave, and leave is hereby granted him to sell all the Real and personal property belonging to said deceased for the purposes as set forth in case made and provided Court of Ordinary September Term 1879 Muscogee Court of Ordinary September Term 1876 It appearing to the Court that the citation for a discharge of John Hiram Massey Administrator of the Estate of James Warren Massey has been duly issued and published and it also appearing to the court from a thorough examination of all the proceeding of said John Hiram Massey's Administration of said Estate that he has fully and faithfully administered the same and is legally entitled to a discharge from his administration and no objection being offered to his dismission It is ordered by the court that said John Hiram Massey be discharged from his administration of said James Warren Massey's Estate and that as evidence of this discharge, letters of dismission issue to him
