Isaac Frasier to Hiram W Gober
No. 125    4   2

Georgia      }  This indenture made the 25th day of January in the year of our 
Newton County}  Lord one thousand eight hundred and 38 between Isaac Frassure 
                of the one part and Hiram W Gober of the County of Cob of the 
other part witnesseth that the said Isaac Fraisure for and in consideration of 
the sum of five hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt which is hereby acknowledged hath 
granted bargained sold alieved conveyed and confirmed & by these presents do 
grant bargin sell alieve convey & confirm unto the said Hiram W Gober his 
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in 
the county of Cherokee known and distinguished as lot No. 125 one hundred and 
twenty five 4th dist second section drawn by said Fraisure in the last Land 
Lottery containing (160) one hundred and sixty acres more or less.
To have and to hold the said tract or lot of land with all and singular the 
rights members privileges and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said 
premises belonging or in anywise appertaining with the remainder & remainder 
reversion and reversions rents issues and profits there of to the only proper 
use benefit and behoof of him the said Hiram W Gober his heirs and executors  
administrators & assigns in fee simple and the said Isaac Fraisure his heirs 
executors and administrators do warrant and will forever defend the promises 
hereby conveyed unto the said Hiram W Gober his heirs executors administrators 
and assigns against the lawful claims of the said Isaac Fraisure his heirs 
executors and administrators and of all and every other person whosoever by 
virtue of these presents.  In witness whereof the said Isaac Fraisure hath 
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above mentioned.

Additional Comments:
John C. Fraisure was the father of Isaac Fraisure.  Surname has been spelled 
several different ways.
