Witnesseth, that the said Jane Rees for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred Dollars to her in hand paid at and before the signing sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened conveyed & by these presents do bargain sell alien & convey & confirm unto the said John McClung and his heirs & assigns all that tract or parcel of Land Situate lying & being in the sixteenth District formerly Henry now Newton County containing two hundred two & one half acres more or less and Known in the plan of said district by the No (211) two hundred & eleven.
